PURCHASE OR ACCEPTANCE OF A PRODUCT OFFER WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING

BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THESE OFFICIAL RULES REQUIRE YOU TO INDEMNIFY AND RELEASE ALL CLAIMS AND INCLUDES A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF.

  1. SPONSORSHIP: This Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Ride Aventon, Inc. (“Aventon”), at 3040 Saturn St., Brea, CA 92821.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to: (a) legal residents of the United States; (b) who are 21+ years old at the time of entry; and (c) have a valid US driver’s license (each, a “Participant”). 

    THESE SWEEPSTAKES ARE VOID IN THE FOLLOWING STATES AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW: ALASKA, HAWAII, FLORIDA, NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, AND ARIZONA.

    Employees of Aventon, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion partners and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and grandparent) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.  All federal, state, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations apply.
  3. AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, Participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of the winners, and the awarding of the prizes). Aventon reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at Aventon’s sole discretion. By entering the Sweepstakes, Participant represents and warrants that Participant is eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements described herein and that all information provided is true and correct in all respects. Participant also agrees to accept the decisions of Aventon as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes.
  4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins in all eligible states at 12:01 AM (PT) on October 22, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM (PT) on December 3, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, there will be a total of twenty-one (21) drawings for a total of twenty-one (21) grand prize winners as further set forth in Section 6 below.
  5. HOW TO ENTER: Participant may enter the Sweepstakes in one of two ways: (a) via a purchase at Aventon.com, or (b) by completing a free online entry form.
    1. Qualified Purchase: To enter, Participant may complete a qualified purchase of any Aventon electric bicycle listed on the Aventon website. By making a qualified purchase at Aventon.com, Participant will receive one (1) entry submission per purchase. Electric bicycles purchased at Aventon retail locations are not eligible.
    2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY – Online Method of Entry:  To participate in the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, Participant may sign up for the Sweepstakes by completing the form on Aventon’s website: www.aventon.com/pages/bfcm-pre-sale. By signing up via Aventon’s website and completing the form, Participant will receive one (1) entry submission per completed form.
  6. SELECTION OF WINNERS/PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Participant is not guaranteed to win, and the chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received by Aventon. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners may not substitute prizes. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and the winners may not elect to receive cash in lieu of the prizes noted above. Aventon reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced. Aventon may identify the winners to any person as required by law.
    1. The first drawing for one (1) grand prize winner will occur on November 15, 2025. The drawing pool will include eligible submissions received by Aventon (whether by making a qualified purchase online or via the free online method of entry) between October 22, 2025 and November 14, 2025 (“First Drawing”).
      1. Prize for First Drawing: If the grand prize winner of the First Drawing entered the Sweepstakes by making a qualified purchase online, the grand prize winner will receive a refund of the qualified purchase up to $2,000. If the grand prize winner of the First Drawing entered the Sweepstakes by completing the free online form, the grand prize winner will receive an Aventon electric bicycle listed on the Aventon website of the grand prize winner’s choice up to $2,000. Retail Value: $2,000.
      2. Limits: During the period of October 22, 2025 through November 14, 2025, Participant may only enter the Sweepstakes once (either by making a qualified purchase or via the free online method of entry). Multiple entries are VOID.
    2. Beginning on November 15, 2025 through December 3, 2025, there will be one (1) drawing per day where one (1) grand prize winner will be selected each day. The grand prize winner will be announced the following day. Each grand prize winner will be chosen from all eligible entries received by Aventon (whether by making a qualified purchase online or via the free online method of entry) on that particular day (each, a “Second Drawing”). By way of example, the grand prize winner selected for November 15th will be selected from the pool of eligible submissions received by Aventon on November 15th and will be announced on November 16th.
      1. Prize for Second Drawing: If the grand prize winner of a Second Drawing entered the Sweepstakes by making a qualified purchase online, the grand prize winner will receive a refund of the qualified purchase up to $2,000. If the grand prize winner of a Second Drawing entered the Sweepstakes by completing the free online form, the grand prize winner will receive an Aventon electric bicycle listed on the Aventon website of the grand prize winner’s choice up to $2,000.  Retail Value: $2,000.
      2. Limits: During the period of November 15, 2025 through December 3, 2025, Participant may enter the Sweepstakes (either by making a qualified purchase or via the free online method of entry) once per day. Multiple entries per day are VOID.
    3. The last drawing for one (1) grand prize winner will occur on December 4, 2025. The drawing will include all eligible submissions received by Aventon during the entire Promotion Period (whether by making a qualified purchase online or via the free online method of entry) who have not yet won a prize (“Final Drawing”).
      1. Prize for Final Drawing: The grand prize winner of the Final Drawing will receive an Aventon gift card worth $1,000. Retail Value: $1,000.
  7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via e-mail/phone call to the e-mail address or phone number used to enter the Sweepstakes. Aventon shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive calls or notices due to a winner’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time the award notification was sent or fails to timely return the completed Documents (defined below), the winner will forfeit the prize, and Aventon will randomly draw a new winner from among eligible entries received on the particular day. The receipt by a winner of the prize offered in the Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Each winner is required to complete a W-9 Tax form, a Declaration/Affidavit of Sweepstakes Eligibility and a Release of Liability form and provide copies of a valid US driver’s license (collectively, the “Documents”).  All completed Documents must be returned within seven (7) days (including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) of the award notification. Only one (1) random drawing, per prize, to select an alternate winner (if necessary) will be conducted, after which the applicable prize will remain unawarded.
  8. LIMITATIONS: A Participant may only win one (1) prize. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a day will be a calendar day from midnight to midnight, local time (PT).  Eligibility is at the exclusive discretion of Aventon, and Aventon shall be entitled to reject any entry for any reason or no reason at all without having to provide an explanation.

    Aventon will not consider incorrect, fraudulent, incomplete, late, or otherwise non-conforming entries or entries that are submitted in bad faith or intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person or entity in any way. Aventon and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of Aventon and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (c) errors in transmission; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Aventon that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (e) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (f) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, these Sweepstakes are not capable of running for any of the reasons set forth in (b) and (d) above, Aventon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes upon posting of such decision on its website and without any requirement for prior notice to any individual Participant. Aventon reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or winner who, in its sole suspicion and discretion, tampers with the entry process, intentionally submits more than a single entry, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
  9. ADDITIONAL PRIZE DISCLOSURES: Winners will be solely responsible for any applicable sales tax, licensing, insurance, shipping/delivery fees, and any other expenses not specified in Section 6, including but not limited to costs incurred by winners related to the acceptance, purchase, pickup, or use of a prize. Each winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage or theft to the prize after taking delivery/obtaining ownership, and Aventon will have no obligation to replace it. The prizes will be awarded “AS IS” without warranty by Aventon of any kind as set forth in Section 11. Photographs of the prize in any media are for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual model to be awarded. Each prize consists of only the item specifically listed as part of the prize. The value of the prize is taxable as income. The winners will receive an IRS form 1099 for the total value of the prize, as stated herein.
  10. PERMISSIONS: EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY FORM, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO RECEIVE, AND AVENTON MAY DELIVER, ADVERTISING AND MARKETING EMAILS TO PARTICIPANT. PARTICIPANT MAY OPT-OUT OF SUCH COMMUNICATIONS AT ANY TIME BY CLICKING THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK IN THE ADVERTISEMENT.

    EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES PERMISSION FOR AVENTON TO USE WINNERS’ NAMES, IMAGE, HOMETOWNS AND LIKENESSES FOR ONLINE POSTING, AND/OR ANY ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION OR CONSENT FROM WINNERS.

    BY SUBMITTING INFORMATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT AVENTON WILL BE COLLECTING, STORING, AND USING PARTICIPANT’S INFORMATION FOR AVENTON’S BUSINESS PURPOSES SUCH AS TO ADMINISTER THE SWEEPSTAKES AND EXERCISE ITS RIGHTS HEREUNDER, INCLUDING FOR MARKETING AND PUBLICITY CAMPAIGNS PERFORMED BY AVENTON. BY ENTERING INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT AGREES TO AVENTON’S COLLECTION, USE, AND STORAGE OF PARTICIPANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION.   11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL AVENTON OR ITS LICENSEES, AFFILIATES, AND THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ADMINISTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCESS TO AND USE OF AVENTON’S WEBSITE OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM AVENTON’S  WEBSITE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON AVENTON’S WEBSITE AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUALITY, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. AVENTON DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE PRIZES AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS.” Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. Check local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions. 

    AVENTON  SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR, AND AS CONDITIONS OF RECEIVING A PRIZE, SHALL BE AFFIRMATIVELY RELEASED AND INDEMNIFIED BY PARTICIPANT AGAINST ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, JUDGMENTS, SETTLEMENTS, INTEREST, PENALTIES, FINES, COSTS OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) RELATED TO: (A) ANY COSTS AND EXPENSES RELATED TO A PRIZE OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 6 ABOVE, INCLUDING APPLICABLE SALES TAX, LICENSING, INSURANCE, SHIPPING/DELIVERY FEES, AND ANY OTHER EXPENSES NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COSTS INCURRED BY WINNERS RELATED TO THE ACCEPTANCE, PURCHASE, PICKUP, OR USE OF A PRIZE; (B) USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, INCLUDING ANY VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAW OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SAME; AND (C) PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE/RECEIPT OF A PRIZE OR USE OF A PRIZE.

  12. PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION: THESE OFFICIAL RULES CONTAIN TERMS THAT GOVERN HOW CLAIMS RELATING TO THESE SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE RESOLVED.  FOR EXAMPLE, THEY INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND WAIVER OF A CLASS ACTION THAT REQUIRE SUBMITTING SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED CLAIMS TO AN ARBITRATOR (INSTEAD OF GOING TO COURT BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY).  THEY ALSO LIMIT THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS ON BEHALF OF OTHER PEOPLE (THAT IS, IT PROHIBITS BRINGING ANY CLASS ACTION OR COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING).  THESE OFFICIAL RULES ALSO LIMIT THE TYPE OF DAMAGES THAT CAN BE RECOVERED.  PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AS THEY IMPACT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND, BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS.
    1. Governing Law: These Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of California.  Aventon’s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. By entering the Sweepstakes, Participant irrevocably consents to the dispute resolutions stated below as well as to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California located in Orange County, California for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes.
    2. Dispute Resolution: Participant agrees that whenever Participant has a disagreement with Aventon arising out of, connected to, or in any way related to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, Participant will send a written notice to Aventon (“Demand”).  Participant must send the Demand to the following address (the “Notice Address”): 3040 Saturn Street, Ste. 202, Brea, CA 92821, Attention; Legal Department.  Participant agrees that Participant will not take any legal action, including filing a lawsuit or demanding arbitration, until ten (10) business days after Participant sends a Demand. If the disagreement stated in the Demand is not resolved to Participant’s satisfaction within ten (10) business days after it is received, and Participant intends on taking legal action, Participant agrees that it will file a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association as set forth in subsection (c) below. 
    3. Arbitration: As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties will be settled by arbitration in Orange County, California, at a time and location designated by the arbitrator. There will be one (1) arbitrator. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Rules of Commercial Arbitration, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Participant agrees that any claims or proceedings brought by Participant relating to the Sweepstakes will be conducted on an individual basis. Participant waives any right to bring a claim on a class-wide, collective, or representative basis, and acknowledges that any one person’s claims or proceedings may not be consolidated with any other claims or proceedings. Participant will not sue Aventon as a class plaintiff or class representative, join as a class member, or participate as an adverse party in any way in a class-action lawsuit against Aventon. Nothing in this paragraph, however, limits Participant’s right to file a claim as an individual plaintiff. Aventon and Participant waive any right to a trial by jury. 
  13. WINNERS LIST: The winner(s) list will be announced at Aventon.com after each winner has been verified.
  14. INQUIRIES OR QUESTIONS: Any inquiries or questions regarding these Sweepstakes, including any lawful request for the name of the winners, may be sent by e-mail to https://rideaventon.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or by regular mail to the Notice Address. In the event there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall govern and control.
