“We started by exploring frame geometry from high-performance off-road bikes,” Jonathan explains. “Then, we adjusted those measurements to better suit everyday usability and comfort. We then conducted an anthropometric study to better understand rider size ranges and body measurements, optimizing the frame and touchpoints accordingly. We were also able to engineer a stiffer downtube using new manufacturing processes, significantly enhancing handling, stability, safety, and overall responsiveness.”
