Cross-compatible bars must have the same bar clamp diameter to mount to the stem. It may be best to have a shop confirm your cables will be long enough if changing to a taller/wider handlebar.

I saw the new Pace 4 handlebars and love them. It's the exact same size fit for the pace. 500.2 which I have and it's an upgrade over the cruiser style. The bike now has more of an aggressive BMX style look. I also added a water bottle using heavy duty zip ties as well since this doesn't come with water bottle attachment.

Changed the stock handlebar on my Level 2 to the Pace 500 handlebar. Now I sit more upright. It took me less than 30 minutes and it was very easy. It was a very affordable upgrade. It also did not change the handling or balance of my bike. I enjoy riding my Level 2 so much better now. Ordering from Aventon is very easy and the customer support is 5 stars.

My wife purchased a Level 2 Aventon bike and did not like the stock handle bars as her neck and shoulders would get sore after a long ride. After replacing the stock handle bar with the handle bars that come with a Pace 500, she no longer experiences the neck and shoulder pains.
