This rear derailleur from Shimano handles 7 or 8 speed drivetrains. Thanks to a long-cage design, it accomodates a max rear cog of 34 teeth and total chain wrap capacity of 43 teeth. 

This derailleur can be an upgrade to the stock rear derailleur on Pace 350 or 350 Step-through ebikes; or a direct replacement on the Sinch ebike.
