I was in search of a reasonably priced, lightweight, stiff frame. This bike checked those boxes and more. I purchased the 2018 Aventon Córdoba complete. 52cm polished frame. I won’t bother to review the contact points as those are very personal opinions, of which everyone’s taste varies. I WILL say that I didn’t even put the stock pedals on the bike though. Other than that the contact points seemed pretty standard in terms of quality at this price point. I’m at 800 miles on the bike and everything is normal. The geometry is true to the chart. The frame is stiff. The ride is harsh, as expected from aluminum. The front fork does seem to dampen road vibrations. My elevation changes here in Atlanta are about 500ft per 10 miles. So I immediately went down to 46t chainring. We have short steep hills and the stock 48 is too much of a grind for me personally. The bike is an excellent value. Just know that you are getting a very stiff, aggressive frame with entry level components, at very good price.
