Mataro Fixed Gear Bike

An Excellent Bike!!!

I love my new fixie! Everything was perfect except the seat. The seat doesn't go all the way down or lower than like maybe half way due to the post which was a bit of a dilemma for me. I did contact Adventon about my situation and they told me I could saw of a small part of the seat. I did that exactly and it wasn't too difficult because it was carbon fiber. If you have any questions Adventon will get back to you in a matter of 24 hrs. Great product and great company staff.

Great bike but a few issues

The Mataro is stiff and just begs to go fast. I had several issues with the seatpost and the rear wheel bearing got rough very quickly and has to be replaced.
The good news is that Angelo and Luis in customer service took great care of me. They sent replacements on the bad components at no-charge. I think the seatpost is a terrible design and i wish they’d go to a standard design. However, the commitment to standing behind their product really shows and its nice to know that great customer service still exists.
If i did it again, i May go with the Cordoba to avoid the seatpost. But all told, it’s tough to beat the bike at this price point and I’m happy with the purchase.

I love my new aventon mataro fix bike the only thing I had a problem I had with the bike was you guys sent me a bike with a slashed back tire and inner tube other wise it's an offical bike I love it peace and thank you
