Great E bike value

I’m very impressed with this bike. The U tube video made the assembly a snap but I may need to get have a bike shop do the fine tuning.
The speed and power exceeded my expectations and the battery life appears to be as advertised.
Overall, more than satisfied with my purchase.

I love my bike! I ride it to work

I have gone through 4 (!) ebikes. Gads. First, I got one at Costco- it had no guts and I returned it. Then I got an M2S, which was fine. I had it for about a year, and it was stolen. I really use my bike all the time, especially to go to work, so I replaced it with a used bike from our local ebike store. It was originally about $3500, and I got it for $2,000. Still a lot of money. I rode it home, and it didn't make it up the hill to my home, so it went back the next day. Then, I got my Pace 500! I LOVE this bike. It is zippy (especially off the line, which takes a bit of getting used to). The price was amazing. You get so much for the money. It can do 30mph (so much more than my other bikes), has a throttle (which I have vowed not to use unless I am headed home sick), and is a super comfy ride. I don't miss the shocks my other bikes had. I got a step through, because I added a rack and basket on the back for my backpack. I did have some questions and problems early on as I got to know the bike. The support was incredibly fast and friendly. I have recommended this bike to others. It is a really great bike, and a great company

Good bike, just wasn’t what we were looking for

Bike was easier to assemble than I originally thought it would be, primarily followed the video instructions. Bought for my wife who wanted an easier time keeping up with me and the kids on rides and going uphill. It was a bit too fast with the assist on for her and bike felt too heavy when it wasn’t engaged. Bike was more of a beach cruiser style than a mountain or road bike she was used to. We contacted Aventon to return, they responded right away, and let us drop it off at their office (we lived about 30 min away). We returned without any issues, super simple. I tried cruising around on it myself and thought it was fun but just wasn’t the right fit for what my wife wanted. Will keep them in mind In the future.
